This unit processes recyclable materials including newspapers, cardboard, milk jugs and other plastics, office paper, magazines, shredding of confidential records, and other assembly work.
 

The used bookstore acts as a training ground for retail sales experience. The bookstore's inventory consists only of donated books and sells books all over the world.


Offers natural supports (filling out an application, interview preparation, job placement in community) to prepare an individual for the best possible employment situation in the community.


Stepping Stone is the residential program that is run by Sparc. This program provides many living opportunities for people with developmental disabilities. Stepping Stone is an integral part of Sparc because it often works with the vocational side of Sparc to completely support the lives of individuals with development disabilities.
 

The Administrative Office fulfills the clerical, financial, and legal responsibilities of the organizations. In addition, the management staff provides leadership and direction to the sister organizations. For 25 years, SPARC / Stepping Stone has led the way in Southern Oregon as an innovative and progressive vehicle to better the lives of adults with developmental disabilities.

Maintenance and beautification services are provided to state and city agencies, businesses, private accounts and the bi-annual community Leaf Program.
