ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE

Located at 1990 NW Washington Blvd., in Grants Pass, Oregon, SPARC's Administrative Office consists of clerical support, accounting staff, IT staff, the Executive Directors and Human Resources. 

As non-profit corporations with over 160 employees, SPARC Enterprises Inc., and Stepping Stone Residential Services, Inc., represent sister organizations with separate boards of directors, funding sources, staff and missions. Yet they share one administrative office. The function of one central office for two diverse organizations saves time, energy and money.

The Administrative Office fulfills the clerical, financial, and legal responsibilities of the organizations. In addition, the management staff provides leadership and direction to the sister organizations. For over 30 years, SPARC / Stepping Stone has led the way in Southern Oregon as an innovative and progressive vehicle to better the lives of adults with developmental disabilities.
